New to the Chain Reaction Cycles MTB Marathon Series?

If 2010 is to be your first venture into the world of the MTB Marathon Series then welcome to the site. Hopefully you will find a wealth of information to help you with training and preparation for your first event.

Have a look at starting out for your first tips on the sport of endurance mountain biking and then use our 17-week training planner to help build up your fitness and riding skills. Your first event is still quite a few months away but the sooner you start up some regular riding, the easier you will complete your chosen distance on the day! As well as a comprehensive training programme, we also have useful pages on nutrition, hydration, stretching, technique, winter training and more to help you achieve your goal.

If you have any queries about any of these topics, email us at training@mtb-marathon.co.uk
